Water storage for plants

Since the LITE-STRIPS PP water storage are located directly near the roots, plants can access the water more easily and effectively when needed, thus extending watering intervals. The elongated Lite-Strips draw water from the surface to the roots, making dense soil more permeable and functioning as a substrate enhancer. Produced in Austria.

The durable and sustainable Lite-Strip PP variant is made of 100% polypropylene fibres and is for perennial plants and underground irrigation.

Installation

TREES, BUSHES & SHRUBS: Mix approx. 10-20 l per pit into the soil near the root ball.

RAISED PLANTING BEDS & PLANT DRAWERS: Mix approx. 5-10 % of the volume into the soil. LITE-STRIPS PP help plants get through longer dry periods. You need to water less often, plants get water even in dry periods or holidays.

LAWNS, ATHLETIC FIELDS, SOCCER FIELDS & SLOPES: Mix approx. 0,5- 1 l LITE-STRIPS PP per m² into the soil layer down to root depth, e.g. with a rake.

ROOF GREENING: Mix approx. 1 l LITE-STRIPS PP per m² into the substrate.
