Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online Withdrawal Request Form available on this website or inform us by an unambiguous statement (for example, by email or post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties and related costs are borne by the customer.
